Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the States of Georgia, Florida, and Texas. For more information about our license in your state, select one of the links above. All of our highly trained professionals are insured with both Liability Insurance & Workers Compensation. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request.

What is average timeline for a job completion?

Your timeline widely depends on if you file a claim with your homeowners insurance or if you intend to self-paying. If you opt to self-pay, we can typically get your roof scheduled within a week. Residential roof builds typically take no more than a day to complete depending on the scope of the project. Commercial roofs can vary, but our roofing specialist can get you a timeline upon the completion of your FREE roof inspection. If you file a claim with your homeowners insurance, your can expect for the entire process to be completed within 35 to 60 days from the moment you submit your first payment. Our team of professionals work diligently with your insurance and mortgage company to speed up the process and get the roof over head completed as soon as possible.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 5 Year Workmanship Warranty! This means we will repair any defects in workmanship that may cause leakage or loss of shingles for a period of 5 years. Our warranty can be transferred one time for the remainder of the covered period. Rosser Roofing Solutions is the only authorized roofing contractor to completed said warranty repairs, and must be notified within 48 hours after the problem is discovered. Failure to comply can result in the void of the warranty. Rosser Roofing Solutions will not be liable for roof structural damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to ice damage, hailstorms, foreign objects or hurricane forced rain and wind exceeding 65 mph. Rosser Roofing Solutions has been in the roofing industry for the past thirteen years, but collectively, our team of highly trained roofing specialist have a countless number of years of experience.

Do you obtain permits for the job?

Yes, we permits are required. Most municipalities in Georgia and Texas do not require permits, but we check with your local government regarding the requirements. If your home or commercial property is located in Florida, it is always required to acquire a permit and sometime meet further requirements. In each instance we obtain permits for all the work that will be completed.

What is the payment schedule and how do I pay?

This widely depends on if you file a claim with your homeowners insurance or if you intend to self-paying. In both cases, we accept check and credit/debit card payments. We always require half of the contracted amount prior to scheduling a start date/commencing work, and final payment is due within 15 days from the day we complete your roof. Our roofing specialist will review the details of your payment schedule at the very beginning should you have any questions.
